Julkisivutyöt alkoivat viime viikolla. Pyysimme noin kymmenen tarjousta rappaustyöstä (rapattavia neliöitä 138, rappaus Acquapanelien päälle). Urakkatarjoukset vaihtelivat 6900 eurosta 19000 euroon! Emme ottaneet halvinta, mutta suht edullisesti mekin työn saamme. Rappauksen jälkeen on jäljellä vielä puuosien asennus.
Kun telineet ovat paikallaan, maalaamme samalla myös räystäslaudat. Kova homma!

Kiitos tästä julkisivutöitä koskevasta kirjoituksesta. Tätini ehti jo pystyttää rakenteet, mutta ei saanut koko rakennusta valmiiksi rahapulan vuoksi. Nyt hän haluaa palkata ammattilaisen tekemään uusintasaumauksen, jotta julkisivu saadaan korjattua. On hyvä tietää, etteivät ongelmat koskeneet vain meitä, ja rakennuslupa kesti teilläkin 1,5 vuotta.
